Confessions of a Cheese-oholic
And correct I was.
Dinner was macaroni. BUT, I did have a small salad to balance out the cheesy, carb overload.
I’ve been busy with research papers, but when I’ve had the time, I’ve been reading lots of classic lit and looking and lots of overly-motivational pictures and quotes on the internet to keep me motivated.
Here’s just a little example of what Tumblr has done to my brain.
(ah, well, at least it keeps me on track.)
This is also very true! Although the little voice is usually a bit louder and makes you feel a bit more guilty!
I like these things … they look pretty, and make me feel a bit more motivated!! (Like the persistance but not sure about the perspiration bit!).
Okay, so its probably a fairly unconventional way to lose weight (and I wouldn’t recommend living off jelly for a week) - but back to the weight I was before weight watchers - so only another stone and I’m back to what I was a couple of weeks ago - so BRING IT ON.
P.S. Tonsillectomies - not fun!
